I am a compassionate, solution-focused therapist who primarily supports women over 20 as they navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, self-doubt, and boundary-setting. My collaborative approach empowers clients to build the tools needed for meaningful change, cultivating a balanced, fulfilling life. I also provide Christian support for those who seek faith-integrated care. Many who struggle with their spiritual walk experience feelings of shame, rejection, confusion, depression, and anxiety and often prefer a therapist who understands Christian values and the unique challenges they face. Alongside everyday challenges like marital issues, life transitions, and personal growth, I help Christian clients explore ways to incorporate clinical support that aligns with their faith.
In the first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive environment where they feel at ease, validated, and genuinely heard. Our work together will take a solution-focused approach, providing practical tools that clients can apply right away. I’m committed to taking the time to understand each individual’s unique story and circumstances, ensuring the guidance I provide is tailored to best support their needs
My unique strengths lie in my authentic presence and intuitive approach. As a supportive and solution focused, therapist, I bring both a wealth of knowledge and practical tools to empower clients through psychoeducation, so they understand why they are experiencing panic attacks or poor sleep for example; and what they can do about it. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds—from children to the elderly, with a primary focus on women’s issues. My experience spans couples, individuals, and families, allowing me to offer a holistic approach that addresses the complexity of each client. I am especially attuned to unspoken cues in body language, enabling even the most reserved clients to feel understood and valued.
I am best suited to work with women over 20 who are motivated to address life challenges and are ready to actively work through issues. My ideal clients are seeking support for a range of concerns, including relationship difficulties (e.g., intimate, friendships, work, family), and are looking for both internal and external change. They are not experiencing chronic or severe mental health conditions and are comfortable with teletherapy.

I use this approach for clients who request therapeutic support from a Christian perspective. This approach is interspersed with clinical methods such as CBT, ACT and existentialism.
I use this approach in therapy specifically for trauma survivors, those living with depression and anxiety, as part of a larger network of approaches, to assist the client in staying present. This is also used with grounding techniques and breathwork.
I implement this approach to help clients explore the meaning and purpose of their lives, encouraging them to confront core issues such as freedom, responsibility, isolation, and mortality.
