What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is about us building an initial connection. We will begin with a comprehensive evaluation of your mental health, which involves an assessment of your current symptoms, medication history, behaviors such as daily exercise routines, social interactions, sleep, and more. Various clinically approved screening methods are used to evaluate your symptoms, diagnose, and safely get you on the right treatment. We will then track your progress, meet regularly based on your treatment plans, and refill or adjust your medication(s) as needed.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use an evidence-based practice approach to determine the best treatment for my patients, providing the compassionate care they need to progress in their mental health. Through assessments and medication management, I help put patients on a course for wholeness.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, panic disorder, psychosis, behavioral and emotional disorders, PTSD, schizophrenia, and mood disorder.. I work with my clients to develop the best and most up-to-date treatment options based on their needs and personal preferences.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

As a provider, I believe my greatest strengths lie in my ability to listen empathetically, build strong therapeutic relationships, and tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard and understood, which helps establish trust and openness. I’m also committed to being collaborative in the treatment process, recognizing that each person’s experiences, values, and goals are unique. This allows me to integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches, whether that's medication, psychotherapy, or a combination of both, to provide the most effective care. Additionally, I aim to remain non-judgmental and supportive, always focused on helping clients feel empowered in their mental health journey.
