Clients are welcomed in person in a warm, welcoming, comforting, and non-judgmental private office. As a client you will not feel like you are in a medical office yet a safe space to talk. First visit, I performed an initial evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management if needed. Then we discuss your goals and how I can help you obtain those goals to be the best version of yourself. In-person is not required, Telehealth is an option.

I have a vast knowledge of nursing in general and held leadership roles.
