I have 24 years experience working in crisis intervention; depression; anxiety; grief/loss; divorce; gender identity/gay orientation issues; co-parenting; relational problems; domestic violence issues; trauma; sexual abuse; and career/life transition issues. I am very laid back and non judgmental. We all have done things we are not proud of, but in order to heal we need to find a way to forgive ourselves and move on.
I let clients focus on what they want to talk about, and never discuss something the are not ready to speak about.
