Nice to meet you! I'm glad to cross paths with you as you're thinking about taking the next steps towards your own mental health journey. Seeking and asking for help can be one of the most difficult parts but I hope to help make that journey a bit easier for you. I have been a therapist for the past 5 years helping both children and adults, however, am now wanting to focus on supporting people navigating life transitions (school, work, relationships), depression, self-esteem, loneliness, as well as men's issues. I hope that I can be someone to help you with whatever it is that you may be going through and know that you don't have to do it alone. Asking for help is the strongest and most courageous thing we can do.

First session

I know that therapy can seem scary especially if this is your first time, however, I hope to be able to support you in feeling both grounded and curious. After our first session, I hope that you can leave knowing that whatever you brought in, was heard and addressed, but also leaving with something to reflect or work on until the next time we meet. I hope to both listen and honor your story however challenge you in whatever ways feels comfortable to be able to identify changes we can make collaboratively in order to meet your goals and create the changes you want to see.

Strengths

Everyone's story is unlike another's so I hope to help honor yours in whatever way feels the most authentic to you. Once we decide we're a good match to move forward, I hope to support you in your therapeutic journey finding your most authentic voice. Open and honest communication is essential as we navigate the intricacies that therapy can bring. I'll be there to listen, challenge, and support you along the way to your most authentic self.

Ideal clients

My ideal clients are young adults and adults that are currently facing challenges with relationships, school, home dynamics, work, or other life transitions. My ideal clients are those who are motivated and are open to being challenged in order to examine themselves in order to create or explore new ways to better deal with those challenges as well as growing healthier relationships and boundaries with themselves and those around them.
