I believe mental health care begins with feeling heard, understood, and accepted. My goal is to provide compassionate, personalized, and judgment-free mental health care in a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), with degrees from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas. I hold national certifications through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Through convenient telehealth appointments, I provide individualized care for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, emotional distress, and other mental health conditions. Together, we’ll develop a personalized approach to help you feel better, function better, and move forward with confidence.
The first session is mostly about getting to know the client and understanding their concerns. It is judgment-free, and you can share at your own pace.
Visits will be conducted through electronic means such as video and telephone.

The focus of my practice is adolescents and adults ages 13 and older for anxiety, depression, mood disorders and other mental health concerns, This population is most closely aligned with my clinical experience, professional interests, and preferred approach to psychiatric care. I am best able to provide effective and meaningful care to clients who can engage more independently in the evaluation, treatment plan, and ongoing therapeutic work.
