I am a psychiatric nurse practioner with over 10 years of nursing experience, currently residing in Minnesota.I have worked in a worked in a variety of settings in nursing, prior to specializing in mental health in the last 5 years. I currently work as a certified nurse practitioner in out patient setting. I help young adults improve on their over mental health with medication management and supportive psychotherapy
In our first session, will get to know each other as well as try to address specific challenges the individual is facing and of course, come with a plan for follow up sessions
Given i have worked in almost every field in nursing, i have vast knowledge and experience and together with empathy, I approach the clients with holistic and individualistic care.
I love working with young adults and help them navigate the daily stressors of adulthood. Together we explore long lasting solutions and positive coping mechanisms.
