New to Grow
I take a collaborative, strengths‑based approach to therapy, working alongside clients to understand their experiences and build on the resilience they already have. My priority is creating a safe, genuine and grounded space where people can explore challenges openly and develop both knowledge and practical tools for meaningful change. I’m dedicated to helping clients strengthen emotional well‑being and move toward a more empowered, balanced life.
In our first session, I aim to create a safe, open environment where we can begin to establish our partnership and talk through what led you to seek support. I’ll outline what you can expect from our work together and invite you to share your goals, questions, and hopes. We’ll start identifying your strengths and exploring how therapy can help you build tools for navigating challenges and strengthening emotional well‑being.
My greatest strength is my ability to build genuine, trusting connections with clients. I bring empathy, warmth, and authenticity to sessions, allowing clients to feel heard and validated without judgment. I believe that creating a safe and accepting space gives clients the freedom to explore their experiences honestly and at their own pace. Having worked with individuals across the lifespan and through a variety of challenges, I have learned that every person’s experience is unique. I value the opportunity to meet each client where they are and support them in developing greater insight, coping skills, and confidence.
I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating life changes, transitions, or challenging circumstances and are looking for support in managing stressors. My ideal clients are open to exploring their experiences, gaining greater insight into themselves, and developing healthy coping skills to navigate life’s challenges. I value working collaboratively with clients who want to better understand themselves, feel more grounded, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I use CBT to help clients identify and understand the thoughts and patterns that may contribute to difficult emotions and behaviors, while learning more helpful ways of coping.
ACT can help clients learn to navigate difficult thoughts and emotions while staying connected to what matters most to them. It focuses on building flexibility, practicing acceptance, and taking meaningful steps toward a life that feels more aligned with their values.
