I use a variety of CBT techniques depending on my clients' needs: Cognitive Restructuring: Help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns. Behavioral Activation: Encourage clients to engage in rewarding activities to counteract depression or anxiety. Exposure Therapy: Gradual exposure to feared situations or objects to reduce anxiety. Problem-Solving Skills: Teach clients to systematically approach and solve problems. Relaxation and Stress Management: Techniques such as progressive muscle relaxation or deep breathing.

Sherice is amazing. I was coming from another psychiatrist and she completely revamped my treatment plan and went over screenings with me. I did in person, and will continue to, and the office is very inviting and calming. I cannot say enough about Sherice and how professional and down to earth she really is. Thank you Sherice!
