Hi! My name is Jessica and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. Do you feel like you don’t have enough time to take care of yourself? Are you giving so much to others that there’s no time left for you? Are some of these relationships one-sided and go against your personal boundaries? I have a passion for helping individuals identify and shift patterns that no longer serve them, heal from toxic relationships, and explore their true identity. A safe and nurturing space is what I strive to cultivate for my clients. In my opinion, this must come first in order to set the foundation for a successful therapeutic experience.
