Hi! My name is Jessica and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. Do you feel like you don’t have enough time to take care of yourself? Are you giving so much to others that there’s no time left for you? Are some of these relationships one-sided and go against your personal boundaries? I have a passion for helping individuals identify and shift patterns that no longer serve them, heal from toxic relationships, and explore their true identity.

A safe and nurturing space is what I strive to cultivate for my clients. In my opinion, this must come first in order to set the foundation for a successful therapeutic experience. I’m so excited to start working with you!
First session
My clients can expect to feel supported, validated, heard, and empowered after each session. Together, we will come up with a plan after each session that will carry them until we meet again. We will also discuss plans to decrease sessions/discharge when the client feels ready.
Strengths
My biggest strength is supporting those in toxic relationships, those trying to cope with someone in their life that has a personality disorder, and codependency issues. I am very passionate to help these clients find peace and implement appropriate boundaries so they can continue to function in a healthy way.
