Hello! I'm Dr. Arthur LaPlace, a PhD level Psychologist who has been doing therapy for over 38 years. Do problems with depression, anxiety, or attention span get in the way of you reaching your potential and enjoying your life as much as you've always wanted to? Do you find yourself worrying too much, thinking negative thoughts or snapping at the people you love? If so, then you've come to the right place! I have helped literally thousands of people change their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors for the better. I specialize in anxiety, depression & ADHD issues but I can help in a wide area of concerns. Seeking therapy can seem scary or awkward but I commend you for taking the first steps toward a better life and a new you! You deserve a safe, confidential, non-judgmental place to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion, humor, and evidence-based techniques so you can reach your personal goals. Let the changing begin!
