In our first session, we’ll complete a thorough intake assessment so I can better understand your history, current concerns, and what’s bringing you to therapy at this time. We’ll talk about your goals, identify areas of focus, and begin collaboratively creating a treatment plan that feels aligned with what you want to work toward. You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and understood while also beginning to build clarity and direction for our work together.

What stands out about my therapeutic approach is the balance I hold between warmth and structure. Clients often share that they feel deeply seen, emotionally safe, and understood in our work together, while also gaining practical tools and clear direction for change. I integrate evidence-based methods like CBT with attachment-focused and strengths-based perspectives, allowing us to both heal the root of patterns and build new skills in the present. My goal isn’t just symptom relief, but lasting transformation, helping you feel more secure, confident, and empowered in your relationships and within yourself.

I am best positioned to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and life transitions who want to better understand themselves and their patterns. Many of my clients struggle with self-doubt, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, boundary-setting, or healing from betrayal and past relational wounds. I work well with people who are reflective, open to growth, and motivated to break old cycles; even if they feel scared, stuck, or unsure where to begin. In attachment-based work, we explore how your early relationships and experiences shape the way you connect with others today. I help you build more secure, healthy relationship patterns by creating a safe and supportive space to understand and heal relational wounds.

I practice from a person-centered approach, which means I deeply value your perspective and trust in your capacity for growth. My role is to offer empathy, authenticity, and nonjudgmental support so you feel fully seen and empowered in your healing process.
