(she/her)
I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders in BIPOC teens and women. I have experience providing therapy in schools, outpatient programs, crisis response centers and private practice settings. If you are seeking a therapist who will honor your lived experiences while providing structure to help you heal, grow, and develop healthy coping skills, we may be a good fit. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing space where you can explore your emotions and challenges at your own pace. My integrative approach to therapy allows me to tailor treatment to your unique journey. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and therapy serves as a tool to support your healing and personal growth. Through a strong therapeutic relationship and evidence-based interventions, my goal is to help you move toward greater well-being and self-empowerment.
The initial therapy session will focused on building rapport and establishing a safe, supportive environment for the client. Time will be spent getting to know the client’s background, current concerns, and goals for therapy.

Ideal therapy client is a teen or adult woman from BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) communities seeking support for depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. She may be struggling with low mood, overwhelming worry, self-doubt, difficulty setting boundaries, or navigating complex family, romantic, or social relationships. She may also carry the weight of cultural, generational, or societal pressures unique to her identity. This client is open to exploring her emotions, gaining coping skills, and fostering self-awareness in a safe, affirming space where her cultural background and lived experiences are respected and integrated into the therapeutic process.
