(she/her)
I’m an LCPC with experience helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and women’s issues. I bring empathy and a practical approach, working with you to build coping skills, shift perspectives, and create lasting positive change. I believe that using humor and building a genuine connection helps create a trusting and comfortable space where we can work effectively together. Whether you’re facing difficult emotions, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can explore your strengths, develop tools that fit your life, and help you feel more confident and in control.
In our first sessions, we’ll focus on getting comfortable and building trust—maybe even share a laugh or two. This is a safe, no-judgment space where you can be yourself. Together, we’ll figure out what you really want to work on. Whether it’s learning new coping skills, seeing things differently, or making a plan, I’m here to help you find clarity and create change that lasts.
My approach centers on empathy and supporting you to build practical coping skills, shift perspectives, and create lasting change. I’m committed to helping you overcome challenges and ensuring you feel truly seen and valued throughout the process. Drawing from experience across diverse therapeutic settings and working with all ages, I bring a broad perspective to each session. By the end of our time together, my goal is for you to feel empowered and ready to confidently face what’s ahead.
’m here to support women, teens, and young adults who might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or going through life transitions. Whether it’s changes in relationships, school, work, or just figuring things out, we’ll work together to build your confidence, develop practical coping skills, and help you feel more in control of your life—no matter where you’re starting from. My goal is to offer a kind, safe space where you can gently explore your challenges, find your strengths, and move forward with clarity and hope.
I use ACT in therapy because it helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings while taking meaningful action toward their values, allowing them to live more fully and flexibly.
I use Motivational Interviewing because it helps clients explore their own reasons for change in a compassionate, non-judgmental way, building motivation from within.
