I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina and have been practicing for over 10 years. I received my Master's Degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I enjoy helping individuals find balance and contentment in their lives. I enjoy helping individual who have experienced trauma work through difficult emotions, feelings and beliefs in order to live more balanced and meaningful lives.

During our first session we'll have some time to get to know each other. We'll set goals and begin addressing unique challenges you're facing. I will be able to create a follow-up plan specific for you and schedule our next meeting.

I am very patient therapist. I have worked with many different types of individuals with unique challenges. I am able to connect with my clients with ease. I am able to provide usual insight as I reflect thoughts and emotions from different prospectives.I have a good deal of experience working on coping skills that work. I enjoy my work and consider myself to be a very caring therapist.

I enjoy working with individual who are eager to make a change for the better. My clients are eager to try new things in order to improve themselves as a whole. They often need assistance setting obtainable goals in order to reach a larger goals. They often feel overwhelmed or anxious. They feel that they lack confidence and self-esteem.
