I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina and have been practicing for over 10 years. I received my Master's Degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I enjoy helping individuals find balance and contentment in their lives. I enjoy helping individual who have experienced trauma work through difficult emotions, feelings and beliefs in order to live more balanced and meaningful lives.
During our first session we'll have some time to get to know each other. We'll set goals and begin addressing unique challenges you're facing. I will be able to create a follow-up plan specific for you and schedule our next meeting.

Candice was very helpful in helping to give me tools to help me. I have felt very lost, confused, overwhelmed and experiencing a lot of emotional and physical anxiety surrounding life, life experiences, my health and my career lately and I feel very hopeful that she will be able to help me get back on track.

I enjoyed talking with Candice. She listened to me, asked questions in ways that made it easier for me to understand. She was down to earth and very welcoming. I was able to answer her questions without fear of judgement. In 1 session she had me thinking of my issue in a much different manner. Looking forward to talking to her soon.
