It is important for me to provide a treatment approach that is uniquely catered to each person, to best fit their needs. I have over twenty years of experience as a counselor, helping adults, teens and families. I am passionate about helping people to feel healed, happy and healthy.
Each session will provide you with a sense of feeling supported, a realistic goal to focus on, and a set of corresponding tools to practice outside of the session.
I am most experienced in working with survivors of trauma, adolescents with emotional and behavioral issues, and individuals of all ages hoping to improve their relationships and communication.
I am trained in EMDR therapy, and find it to be effective with my clients that are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms and negative beliefs. I am always grateful when clients let me walk them through a journey with EMDR, and I strive to create a safe space for clients to identify and heal from past hurts.
