Hi! I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia, and I have been providing professional counseling services for 7 years. I have had the privilege to work with clients throughout their healing process in the area of trauma, shame, depression and anxiety, and addiction and recovery. My passion is to see people healed from the pain of the past, move forward from restraints, discover and come alive in their purpose, and thrive in the life that God intends for them.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will have brief introductions to begin rapport building, and explore challenges that you are presently having for our therapy focus. We will begin to develop a tailored plan for your treatment to assist in your wholeness process to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have worked in mental health since 2007 and have provided professional counseling for 7 years, in which I have developed skills in identifying root issues, life experiences that have caused individuals to become stuck and unable to move forward, and areas where healing may be needed to help in one's wholeness process, using a faith-based approach.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with women who are desiring to pursue their own journey of personal wholeness, focusing on heart issues to help with their healing and restoration process, and providing tools to assist with life transitions and grief work to advance in individual purpose.
