In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The initial session will typically include discussing the issues that bring you to counseling and your related feelings and thoughts. It is a time for establishing our connection and for you to share your personal story. You will be invited to set goals for the duration of your counseling. You are always encouraged to share your feedback about each counseling session.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with young professionals for the past 7 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use this to help clients recognize and reframe unhelpful thoughts pattern that contribute to depression and anxiety.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use this for clients to focus on the solutions rather than dwellings on problems. We examine what the client wants to change and explore time when things have gotten better.

Motivational Interviewing

I use this to empower my clients to find their own motivation for change through empathetic & supportive dialogue.
