Hello and welcome! I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Connecticut and I received my Masters degree from Fairfield University. I have over 5 years of experience, working with adults through a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, motherhood, discovering self, life transitions, past trauma and issues within relationships. Life is never linear. There are times we need support to gain a different perspective and to make changes in order to grow and heal. My goal is to provide you with a safe, trusting and empowering environment that allows you to process difficult emotions and identify barriers that are standing in the way of you reaching your goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other through brief introductions and talk about what brought you into therapy. I believe that establishing a positive therapeutic relationship is important so the first session may not feel much like therapy, but we will work towards creating a comfortable environment where we can establish your goals for therapy, and I can answer any questions you have.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my greatest strength is offering a space where you can share openly, and I can listen without judgement. It is important to have a space where you can process life stressors unfiltered. I will provide you with support and empathy along with honesty and challenges to reach your therapeutic goals.
