Hello and thank you for stopping by my profile. For the last 10 years I have worked primarily with clients who are depressed and anxious although I have seen a range of clients which reaches far beyond those particular diagnosis. I have been a fully licensed therpist for 10 years and in the field of mental health for 23 years. Helping others to determine how to pull strength from their weaknesses is something I strive for in my practice.
In our first session together we will figure out important areas which are in need of improvement in each invidual's life at this time. We will be making a list of goals to work on together from week to week in order to ensure gradual progress is made. As we meet we will look over this list and rate the progress so that you can see where you need to improve most.
One of my greatest strengths as a provider is the ability to relate to my clients. I want therapy to feel like a conversation and NOT something that causes stress for clients.
Clients who are depressed and anxious are my target group to work with. I want to ensure they are empowered to set clear, assertive boundaries with people i their lives and know how to communicate their authentic thoughts and emotions when necessary.

Changing ones mindset and the way that they process information is a very valuable tool in therapy. I assist clients in breaking downw their thought patterns and reshaping them in order to come up with better ways to cope with difficult emotions.
