Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) based in North Carolina. I received my master’s degree from Fayetteville State University and have been practicing for six years. I have an array of experiences in working with adults and children with mental health and substance abuse diagnosis. I like to empower my clients in dealing with stress, anxiety, grief, depression, and life transitions.
In our first session together, we will get to know each other and lay the groundwork for your therapeutic journey. I will provide you with an overview of my therapeutic approach and discuss the confidentiality of the sessions. It is important to build a trusting and comfortable relationship, so this initial interaction aims to establish rapport.
As a therapist, I believe my greatest strengths lie in my ability to establish authentic connections with those I serve and my commitment to delivering high-quality care. I possess strong interpersonal skills that enable me to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment for individuals seeking assistance. My empathetic approach allows me to truly understand the unique needs and concerns of my clients.
I love working with individuals and couples who find themselves in need of a safe space to speak freely. My clients are looking for the tools that will help them navigate their journey to mental wellbeing.
