In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first therapy session with me, you can expect a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where you'll have the space to share at your own pace. We'll start by getting to know each other, discussing your reasons for seeking therapy, and exploring your goals. My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

This approach designed to foster self-actualization through a non-judgmental, empathic therapeutic relationship. Clients tend to guide the session while the therapist uses active listening and unconditional positive regard to help explore emotions, overcome personal obstacles, and achieve growth and well-being.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-based therapy integrates mindfulness practices into traditional therapeutic techniques to help individuals manage and reduce psychological distress. The goal is to help people develop greater awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations, and to cultivate a more accepting and non-judgmental attitude toward these experiences.
