First session
If you're having challenges with time management, decision-making, self-esteem, self-confidence, and overall wellness and management of everyday life, let's connect and meet! It is not easy being open, vulnerable, and sharing information with a stranger. I get that. I hope that you and I can develop a relationship that consists of honesty, unconditional positive regard, and no judgment. Just openness, flexibility, compassion, and empathy.
Strengths
I believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity. Showing compassion and sensitivity toward each other is also important. My therapeutic approach is of an eclectic style, which means I use different treatment modalities while we work together. I utilize a strong foundation in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and I will add DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), MI (Motivational Interviewing), Solution Focus, trauma-based therapeutic interventions, etc. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage, and I commend you for getting started! We are a team, and we work as a team, collaboratively!
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
It is a team approach, so we discuss how the treatment plan will be and how we will work together and move through your treatment.
