Hello, I'm Mary. Are you down, unable to focus or feel like your head is scattered with thoughts? Are you unable to get things done or get along with family and friends? Together, we can explore your symptoms, identify the root cause and find ways to bring you back to functionality. Using wholistic care approach, i manage anxiety, depression, bipolar, insomnia, ADHD, and other mental health disorders. We'll use pharmacologic intervention alongside therapy to help you become more efficient at work, home and improve your personal relationships with people.
During our first visit together, we will discuss in detail about your problems you are facing after introduction. This will help us develop a customized plan of care to work through at follow up sessions.
