About me

Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the State of North Carolina. I have 4 years of experience as a therapist, but over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Kentucky. I'm very passionate about helping individuals to address their challenges and live more rewarding lives. I am also licensed in the states of Kentucky and South Carolina.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients of all identities and backgrounds where you can be free to express your true, authentic self. I have a passion for helping people to become the best versions of themselves; and I have always been a sounding board for those closest to me. Mental health is a very important topic that is sometimes overlooked. We take care of our bodies and get checkups when things seem out of balance, we should do the same thing for our minds.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, sexual issues, or life transitions. During our sessions, we will explore the issues at hand and initiate a plan to address those issues. I currently offer therapy sessions online via video.
