I have intimate experience working with individuals and families dealing with chronic illness, anxiety, depression, communication issues, substance abuse, and spiritual battles. There are solutions to the issues you are currently facing in your life. By working with me, you will be able to fully embrace peace of mind and spiritual health. Please feel free to contact me, and I will be happy to set up a consultation to discuss your questions and concerns.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but my goal is to make your first session comfortable, supportive, and productive. We’ll begin by getting to know each other—I’ll ask about what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and any challenges you’re facing. There’s no pressure to have all the answers; this is a space where we explore together. You can expect a warm, judgment-free conversation where you feel heard and understood. We’ll discuss what’s been working, what hasn’t, and start identifying patterns that might be keeping you stuck. From there, we’ll create a plan tailored to your needs, whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, relationship struggles, or personal growth. My approach is straightforward, compassionate, and solution-focused—giving you tools you can start applying right away. Therapy is a journey, and this first session is the beginning of meaningful change. Let’s take that first step together.

My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

Integrating spiritual practices into therapy can offer a profound source of solace and strength for those dealing with mental health issues. Whether it involves exploring one's faith, mindfulness meditation, or finding a deeper sense of purpose, spirituality can provide the grounding and resilience needed to overcome mental health issues. I've seen firsthand how the incorporation of spiritual practices can help clients find meaning and hope amid their struggles.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is an integral part of my practice. It allows clients to explore the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. With mental health issues, distorted thought patterns often contribute to low mood. Through CBT, clients learn to identify and challenge these negative thoughts, replacing them with more realistic and positive ones. Over the years, I've witnessed the transformative power of CBT in helping clients break free from the vicious cycle of mental health issues

Daialectical Behavior (DBT)

I am working to becoming certified in DBT therapy and use some of the skills like mindfulness and distress tolerance as cornerstones of my practice.
