Who We Are: Here at Live Consciously, we are a trauma-informed group practice serving adolescents and adults across Texas. We are dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma, reconnect with themselves, and build a deeper sense of self-love, worthiness, and emotional balance. We believe therapy should honor the whole person — mind, body, nervous system, identity, story, and lived experience. While we support clients in reducing symptoms, we do not see people as labels or diagnoses. We see human beings who have adapted, survived, protected themselves, and carried pain in ways that often made sense based on what they experienced. Our approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy by recognizing that healing does not happen in the mind alone. Trauma, stress, grief, and emotional pain can live in the body and nervous system, shaping how we think, feel, relate, react, and move through the world. Because of this, our clinicians use trauma-informed, evidence-based, and body-centered approaches to create a safe, compassionate, and affirming space where clients can feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward awareness, healing, and authentic connection with themselves.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and we want the process to feel as supportive and simple as possible. Please be advised that Live Consciously is a trauma-informed group practice with multiple clinicians committed to providing personalized care. When you reach out or book a consultation, someone from our team will connect with you to learn more about your needs, availability, and goals so we can help match you with a therapist who may be the best fit. If you are looking for deeper healing, meaningful change, and a space where you can feel seen and supported, we would love to connect with you. 🌐 Visit us to find out more: www.liveconsciouslypllc.com We are here to support you.

Our Greatest Strengths: One of our greatest strengths at Live Consciously is that we do therapy differently. We do not simply focus on symptoms or labels — we help clients understand the deeper roots of their pain. Many people come to therapy carrying anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, relationship struggles, emotional dysregulation, people-pleasing, or patterns they do not fully understand. Often, these challenges are connected to unresolved childhood experiences, complex trauma, relational wounds, grief, or survival strategies that once helped them cope. Instead of asking, “What is wrong with you?” we ask, “What happened to you?” Our approach helps clients release blame and shame while beginning to understand how their mind, body, and nervous system have adapted to protect them. Through trauma-informed, root-cause, and mind-body approaches, we support clients in healing the wounds beneath the symptoms so they can move toward a healthier, more connected, and more authentic life.
Our ideal client is an adolescent or adult who is ready to better understand themselves, their patterns, and the deeper roots of their emotional pain. Many of our clients come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, burned out, or stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, self-doubt, emotional dysregulation, trauma, grief, or relationship struggles. We work best with clients who want more than surface-level coping skills and are open to exploring how past experiences, nervous system patterns, and survival strategies may be shaping their present life. You do not have to have everything figured out — just a willingness to begin. Our goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward healing, balance, and a deeper connection with yourself.
