Denise Santos offers therapy covered by UnitedHealthcare/Optum - Medicaid in Texas.
The preferred modality in my practice is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have seen how it has helped dozens of clients challenge their reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxieties. CBT encourages you to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. This will allow us to work towards challenging your current thoughts, change your thinking patterns, which will allow you to lead a more peaceful and serene life without anxiety. I also use other modalities depending on needs; these include DBT, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, Psychodynamic and many others.
