Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I will help you learn new ways to communicate positively in your relationships, and new ways in learning positive coping skills. I provide a safe, non-judgmental approach where healing can grow. I offer both Telehealth and in-person appointments. I am really looking forward to working with you!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am a great listener and like to hear people's stories. I like to help bring joy back to people's lives and get those happy moments back.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Are you struggling with fear, anxiety, addictions, or relationship problems? I want to know about your story, your struggles and your pain. Life is stressful, but it doesn't have to be. Our past expereinces affect our current relationships. We tend to use negative coping skills to hide and numb the pain. We will work together to identify patterns and help you get back to having balence in your life.

My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

I use Christian Counseling if clients want it in therapy and see where God is working in their life and how He can help heal wounds from the past and present/relationships. I also use DBT and CBT in therapy, as well as Narrative therapy.
