I’m Patrick, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I see therapy as an opportunity for self-discovery as well as healing and I look to create a space for you to grow and improve your quality of life. I have worked in a variety of settings for over the past 10 years and through these experiences I have gained expertise in working with depression, trauma, anxiety, substance abuse, grief, relationship stress and stress associated with life transitions. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I have focused my practice on listening, fostering trust, and supporting those who I work with to learn about themselves and tackle their challenges.
I love and enjoy working with everyone who walks through my door, or shows up on my screen. The people i have worked best with have allowed me to help address stress, anxiety, depression, and transition from inpatient behavioral health care.
I have experience using CBT as a base for group therapy that I have facilitated since 2022 in an outpatient PHP program. I am proficient in using CBT to work with you individually as well.

I've had a rough time finding the right therapist and Patrick seemed to make a genuine, goal oriented connection. Our intake session was very well received and I look forward to working with him!

Patrick is very understanding and not judgmental at all. He is excellent at coming up with solutions that are customized to me so that they can have a bigger effect on my success.
