I am passionate about contributing to the growth and well-being of others. I believe people are the experts of their own lives and view my role as a navigator, assisting in their process. I work with clients to achieve the potential that is uniquely theirs and to promote well-being, dignity, and self-worth. In sessions, I strive to be unconditionally supportive, embodying a warm, genuine, and accepting spirit. Outside of outpatient therapy, my past work includes creating school policies for domestic violence in schools; facilitating psycho-educational groups on goal setting, coping skills, and life skills; and helping to run dialectical group therapy sessions for victims of substance abuse.
Development of greater insight, self-love, and empowerment in your individual journey.
In sessions, I am informed by a variety of therapy modalities, including Client-Centered Therapy, Insight-Oriented Therapy, Talk Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Helping clients to foster greater self-acceptance, and identify their strengths and individuality.
