As a healthcare provider with a strong passion for the vulnerable population, I understand the unique problems that individuals and families with mental illnesses encounter. I also understand the struggles of the “STRONG" woman, who is high functioning but in the inside is drowning.

First session
I listen! In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Strengths
I see children, age 6 +, adolescents, and adults. My strengths are, but not limited to, ADHD, insomnia, depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and developmental disorders. I am a big believer in functional medicine and holistic approach to health.
Ideal clients
The stigma attached to mental health is still a barrier for people to seek psychiatric care early. I urge that you break the silence, let’s talk to heal.
