First session
During the first session, I will first and foremost answer any questions you may have about therapy and the therapeutic process and then get an idea of your goals and needs for therapy. We will talk about a plan for sessions and schedule as many or as few future sessions as you are interested in. I believe in being flexible and helping clients work through anything they are struggling with.
Strengths
Over the past 8 years, I have worked with many populations with a variety of concerns that have brought them to therapy. I have worked with all age groups, individuals, families, and couples. I believe in flexibility and being creative in therapy to work through problems!
Ideal clients
I have a long history of working with young children and families on learning to strengthen their relationships and built in routine and structure to better serve the family system.
