Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first few sessions, you can expect a comprehensive assessment to identify your specific needs in a safe confidential setting. We will work together to develop a clear understanding of your goals and challenges, laying the foundation for progress and healing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My desire to help people is my greatest strength. I am here to walk by your side and to encourage you along the way. I am also here to remind you that you are not alone.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Individuals I work with have anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, alcoholism, chemical dependency, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma history, and suicidal ideation. I encourage and empower individuals by providing education, goal setting, practice new coping skills, boundary setting, positive affirmations to build self-esteem, and relapse prevention. Many times, we can be driven by negative self-talk and fear because of what others may have told us. We will work together in identifying thoughts and how to replace them with positive ones, as you build confidence and find your voice.
