I love encouraging people find hope for themselves and their future. People I have worked with have had anxiety, depression, bi-polar diagnosis, addiction, PTSD, trauma, and suicidal ideation. I am able to encourage clients by providing education, help them develop coping skills, boundaries, practice positive affirmations to build self-esteem, relapse prevention and help them find their voice. Many times, in life we can be driven by negative self-talk and fear because of what others may have told us in life as a child, adolescent or adult. Identifying these thoughts and replacing them with positive thoughts is a goal we work toward together.
