I am a licensed clinical social worker who has been counseling adolescents, and adults since 2000. I have worked with insurance companies in the past advocating for time for those in need of coverage to obtain the treatment in need. I have worked with adults who have been persistently chronically mental ill. I have worked for a large healthcare facility in Monmouth County, and had previously worked for a large, nonprofit organization in Pittsburgh, PA in crisis and crisis diversion; Currently, I work with first responders and veterans. I believe in being supportive and available for those who work with me.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I like to ask questions to understand what is going on and to see where we need to go and what you want as an individual.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I like to make the atmosphere comfortable and welcoming to every individual I work with and get your perspective and thoughts on which direction you want to go.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with a lot of individuals who struggles with anxiety, mood, and trauma concerns, and when they feel stuck in life. I offer a relaxed atmosphere and conversation which involves therapy during the process. I will meet you where you are and progress forward. I help those to see where they need to go and help them get there.
