As a licensed mental health counselor, I work with clients to support their emotional and mental well-being. My primary focus is to help individuals navigate a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, and other life challenges. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
