Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I received my Masters from Florida Agriculture and Mechanical University and have been practicing for 4 years. As a licensed mental health counselor, I work with clients to support their emotional and mental well-being. My primary focus is to help individuals navigate a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, and other life challenges. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Educating my clients about mental health and teaching them practical skills for managing stress, improving communication, and enhancing their well-being.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with clients who are looking to achieve their personal goals, improve their mental health and lead more fulfilling lives.
