Hi, I’m Cassie (she/her)! I am a licensed therapist and social worker. I have been helping deep feelers, sensitive souls, and healing hearts find clarity, connection, and peace within, for nearly eight years. My approach is warm, intuitive, and rooted in compassion. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be fully seen. When I’m not holding space in session, I’m recharging by the ocean, tending to my garden, or coming up with new iced coffee recipes.
Your first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and to begin exploring what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your goals, background, and any immediate concerns. This helps me tailor sessions to your unique needs and start building a trusting therapeutic relationship.

I provide virtual therapy for adults navigating OCD, ADHD, anxiety, and depressive symptoms - many of whom are unpacking intimacy, identity, and religious trauma. My approach is affirming, and grounded in empowerment. I'm LGBTQ+ friendly and deeply anti-judgment. I meet you where you are, not where you think you should be. Together, we challenge shame and rigid beliefs while building insight, autonomy, and self trust so life can feel more authentic and connected. As my client, you will receive regular newsletter updates and access to appropriate resources for your wellbeing.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients better understand and process emotions, improve communication, and strengthen attachment and relationship patterns. I focus on creating emotional safety and increasing connection with self and others.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns and develop healthier coping behaviors. I often incorporate practical skill-building strategies to support anxiety, depression, stress management, emotional regulation, and more.
Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)
I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) primarily with clients experiencing OCD and anxiety disorders, helping them gradually face fears while reducing compulsive or avoidant behaviors. My approach emphasizes collaboration, pacing, and building tolerance for uncertainty.
Mind-body approach
I incorporate mind-body techniques to help clients understand the connection between physical symptoms, stress, and emotional experiences. This may include grounding exercises, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and somatic awareness practices.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I use mindfulness-based therapy to help clients develop present-moment awareness, reduce reactivity, and build self-compassion. I often integrate mindfulness exercises and grounding techniques to support emotional balance and stress reduction.
