Hi! I graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health. I am a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish. I assist women, children, and teens in reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, postpartum anxiety, prenatal depression, menopause symptoms, suicide preventions, and common childhood behavioral problems, by encouraging the development of new skills.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with children as a Registered Behavioral Technician for more than ten years , I can easily build rapport and make therapy a fun experience.
I enjoy working with women at various stages of life who may be experiencing a life transition, such as attending college for the first time, getting married, having a baby, experiencing a loss, changing careers, or dealing with other life challenges. I also enjoy working with children and teens. I teach children and teenagers new healthy methods to cope with life challenges and work with caregivers to help manage behavioral issues.
I offer my clients a safe, nonjudgmental environment in which they can freely express their deepest thoughts, gain a sense of belonging, and learn techniques and skills that will assist them in overcomeing life's obstacles. In order to improve your quality of life and find a meaningful purpose, I will take a client-centered approach, giving you the one-on-one undivided time you require to feel heard and understood.
