(she/her)
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Working with over 25 years experience in a wide variety of Mental Health Services. I have an ongoing passion working with individuals who are looking for a safe, ethical, trusted therapist who has strong skills in Person Centered Treatment. I am so grateful to have been a part of so many people's healing journeys, from managing anxiety, improving overall mood, repairing relationships, healing from childhood trauma, and adjusting to the many changes life sends our way.
Starting therapy is a big step and I am committed to listening to your story and providing a plan to address whatever is happening in your life. The first session is a great chance to learn if we are fit for each other. I have learned that the therapeutic relationship has to be a good fit for the it to work. Your privacy, confidentiality, and quality mental health services is my commitment.
I am able to identify core areas for healing that can be the key to your success. With over 25 years working in the field I love and have a strong passion and commitment to, I am able to be a great resource with information, tools, skills, and new insights.
I have been fortunate to see growth working with adult survivors of all forms of child abuse and truly is a big passion for me. I also enjoy working with adults working on their relationships or life transitions. A great deal of my work was focused on children and adolescents and their families to assist with a variety of areas including, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, boundaries, and communication. I have been providing therapy virtually now for over 4 years and have limited my practice to working with adults. If you have a child that you think could benefit from therapy, I now only see children with their parent as a participant in the virtual therapy session.

Sarah is a very intelligent and dedicated individual who strives to not only help her patients with their issues, but also endeavors to make people feel good about themselves and secure in those abilities of which they are capable. At the same time, I find Sarah to be a professional who challenges me in a good way to be better at the end of our session than I was when I arrived for it. This is a very good quality about her.
