During our initial sessions, we will collaborate to create a plan for addressing symptoms in a way that helps you get your life back. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing in practice. With CBT and MI, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experiences. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
I provide evidence-based treatments through therapy and medication management to help patients lead a healthy and fulfilling life. I understand that seeking help can be difficult and I am here to support you on your journey. I value meaningful connections with patients to assist in improving quality of life.
