(she/her)
I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. I specialize in treating adults and older adults with a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and dementia-related behavioral changes. My background in both medical and psychiatric care allows me to take a whole-person approach that considers your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
During our first session, we’ll take time to discuss your current concerns, past experiences, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. I’ll conduct a thorough psychiatric evaluation to better understand your history and symptoms. By the end of the session, you can expect a clear outline of next steps, whether that includes medication options, therapy, or supportive resources. My goal is for you to leave the first visit feeling understood, respected, and confident that you’re on the right path toward healing.
I am easy going, easy to talk to, very relatable, and funny.
My approach to care is collaborative and patient-centered. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and supported. Together, we explore both medication and therapy options tailored to your unique needs, lifestyle, and goals. I emphasize education, open communication, and shared decision-making so that every step of your treatment plan aligns with your values and comfort level.
