I also have Celiac disease, which makes me a bit of a gluten-free expert! I enjoy helping people discover new coping skills and strategies that work for their unique needs. Outside of work, I love animals and share my home with a big, fluffy golden retriever named Gus—who occasionally pops in to say hello during sessions.
