Hi there, have you been feeling stuck? Just going through the day to day motions? Looking to change some things up? Let’s get started! First step is scheduling your initial appointment. I am here to help you navigate into a better state of mind. A little about me, I live a very active and healthy lifestyle and truly love motivating others. I also am diagnosed with Celiac disease, therefore I am quite the gluten free expert! I enjoy helping others tap into new coping skills. I love animals and have a big fluffy golden retriever. His name is Gus and from time to time crashes in to say hi during sessions. I have experience working with anxiety, behavioral management, self-esteem, parenting and anger management. I am open to new experiences and challenges. I always treat each client in a professional, empathic manner. I am fully committed to working with each client, individually in order to achieve the best personalized care. I do not provide opinions about disability for clients who are not well-established at the time the opinion is requested. (FMLA, Emotional support animal or housing forms).
In our first session I like to get to know the client and what is bringing them into treatment. I will expect to set some treatment goals and have an overall idea of what the client is looking to work on.
I really enjoy tapping into interests and hobbies to help create coping skills and life balance. I have a great deal of experience in anxiety and depression. I enjoy working with all ages.
Teens, young adults and adults. I am also very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to celiac disease as I myself an diagnosed!
My treatment methods are to meet the clients where they are at.
