Welcome! Have you been feeling stuck—just going through the motions each day? Ready to make a change? Taking the first step starts with scheduling your initial appointment. I’m here to help you navigate toward a healthier mindset and stronger sense of well-being. A little about me: I live an active, healthy lifestyle and love motivating others to do the same. I also have Celiac disease, which makes me a bit of a gluten-free expert! I enjoy helping people discover new coping skills and strategies that work for their unique needs. Outside of work, I love animals and share my home with a big, fluffy golden retriever named Gus—who occasionally pops in to say hello during sessions. My experience includes working with: • Anxiety • Behavioral management • Self-esteem • Parenting support • Anger management I approach every client with empathy and professionalism. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can work together on personalized strategies to help you thrive. Please note: I do not provide opinions regarding disability for clients who are not well-established at the time of request (including FMLA, emotional support animal, or housing forms).
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session I like to get to know the client and what is bringing them into treatment. I will expect to set some treatment goals and have an overall idea of what the client is looking to work on.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I enjoy helping people use their interests and hobbies as tools to build coping skills and create balance in life. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety and depression, and I truly value working with clients of all ages.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Teens, young adults and adults. I am also very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to celiac disease as I myself an diagnosed!
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
My treatment methods are to meet the clients where they are at.
