Welcome, I am so glad you are here! As a clinical social work practitioner, I have the privilege of working with clients on their path to healing. My primary specialty is in Adult Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder-along with the mood disorders and past traumas that can frequently co-occur with the diagnosis. My clients and I work together to develop goals that are achievable and exciting. I believe that every individual has the ability to improve the quality of their mental health.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our initial meeting we discuss concerns and symptoms and we start to develop a treatment plan. My goal is to have my clients leave with a helpful tool after our first session. We want to jumpstart the healing process right from the very beginning.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Studies demonstrate that the therapist-client relationship is paramount to specific treatment modalities. My clinical experience includes working with diverse range of symptoms, challenges and life experiences. I utilize different therapeutic approaches including, and not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Somatic Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

When working with clients, I find it important to emphasize that growth does not have a limit. I find that my clients that who are willing to learn about themselves and the role of mental health plays in our day-to-day events, heal faster and feel more confident in taking on challenges.

My treatment methods

Trauma Informed Care

I often use a trauma informed lens to help clients understand maladaptive thoughts, behaviors and feelings. Trauma comes in many forms (big T trauma and small t trauma). Both are moments in time that changed us, and as we learn it is not always for the better.

Psychoeducation

I love teaching! So much of therapy is just learning new habits and understanding causes and reactions. Teaching tools to clients is the one of the best ways to heal and become an independent human.
