New clients continue care with this provider

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in New Jersey. I received my Ph.D. from Alliant international University (fka CA School of Professional Psychology) and have been practicing for over 20 years. I help individuals, couples, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and life transitions find relief and balance in their lives. I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership between the therapist and their client.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am here to help you on your journey. My approach to psychotherapy is to create a safe space, free of judgment, where you will feel supported as we navigate through your concerns. In every session, you will be met with kindness, compassion and a dose of humor.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with young adults, professionals, and couples. My clients seek improvement but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, depressed and anxious.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

I have over a decade of clinical experience treating adults, teens, couples and families. I trained in CA and worked at Stanford Behavioral Health as well as several EAP programs in Silicon Valley. I use a client-centered approach to therapy and view therapy as an active partnership between us.

Positive Psychology

I believe in a strength based approach and utilize a variety of treatment modalities customized to your individual personality and challenges you are seeking to resolve. These may include mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral techniques, as well as experiential therapy to name a few.
