About me

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Connecticut. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Springfield College and I am a UCONN undergraduate alumni. I am a single mother of two and currently work for the Judicial Branch of the State of Connecticut full time. I have been practicing for a total of four years and have a goal of helping individuals become the best version of themselves unapologetically.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session we will start with brief introductions and then dive into your specific challenges that lead you to seek out therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have worked with diverse populations over the past 10 years to include children and families involved with DCF/CPS, individuals dealing with trauma, family/intimate partner violence, divorce and custody related issues. I have a profound understanding of the complexities and the joys of parenting, specifically single parenting.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with young adults who are eager to improve but may not have the tools or confidence necessary to do so. Maybe you're a parent juggling the everyday tasks of raising your children. Maybe you're a working professional trying to manage a challenging workload. Maybe you're someone dealing with the complexities of life and feeling stuck with no idea where to go or what to do. I aim to provide a safe space for you to discuss whatever your issues are and feel welcomed, supported, and validated, while doing so.
