Hi there, I'm Maggie. Are you searching for a safe space to process your thoughts? Need some support knowing how to communicate your boundaries with loved ones? Looking to have a better relationship with yourself? I help those who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain, etc. and are motivated for change. In my practice, I act as a guide and sounding board to help process any life events you may currently be experiencing and assist you in developing appropriate tools to move forward. My approach is to meet each client where they are and to collaboratively develop a treatment plan based on your individual goals. If you find yourself at a crossroads, in need of unbiased feedback, or are looking for new tools to help with stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or communication issues, please reach out and I will be happy to support you. I am looking forward to connecting with you and helping you embrace your best self.
During our time together I will create a safe space to help access and process your thoughts and feelings about current and past life stressors. I take the time to get to know my clients to gently challenge any negative automatic thoughts and work together to create a more neutral framework.
I utilize a variety of treatment modalities within my practice, including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered therapy, strength-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
My specialties include stress management, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, depression, family conflict, mood disorders, and coping with life changes.
