I specialize in relationships/attachment and complex trauma recovery. I am dedicated to creating a safe space for you and to act as your thought and compassion partner in the process of healing and embracing possibilities. I am a Certified Trauma Informed Care Practitioner, specifically treating developmental/complex trauma. I am also certified in Somatic Attachment Therapy. I am a firm believer in the mind-body connection and believe that both need to be nurtured in order to fully heal. I strongly believe that change and working toward a better life, does not mean being perfect. It means making mistakes, sometimes downright failing, and treating yourself with compassion while you heal and do better next time. On a more personal note, I manage my own wellness by staying active, getting outdoors, and I'm always trying to learn and grow.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we'll just talk. There's no pressure. I'll get to know more about you and you can provide whatever information you feel comfortable sharing in that moment.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I'm easy to talk to and understand a number of things from a professional perspective and also from a personal. I have overcome trauma and have had mental health challenges throughout my life. I have a great deal of empathy for the effort it takes to do things differently and am incredibly non-judgmental.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve clients who have struggled in relationships and have tended to repeat unhealthy patterns of behavior that they want to change. Sometimes, we don't even know what needs to change - so I work well with those who might need help identifying areas that aren't working and those who are motivated to develop new strategies that will be better for their overall well-being.
