Hey, most people call me Jess. I believe counseling is a mutual relationship. I view each person I see as the expert in their lives and I am in the passenger seat. Hi! I’m Tiffany, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. My approach to therapy is client-centered and flexible because I don’t believe therapy should look the same for everyone. I draw from evidence-based approaches based on your individual needs, experiences, and goals. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, or simply need a safe space to process, I offer a compassionate, authentic, and nonjudgmental space where we can work toward meaningful and sustainable change.
Life has its ups and downs and struggles, but you don’t have to get stuck there or suffer.
If you’re struggling right now, we can work together to make your life better. Therapy doesn’t have to be hard or scary. It can be a safe haven to explore what is getting in the way of having the life that you want. I’m a licensed clinical social worker, specializing in mental health and chemical dependency. I have a laid-back style and often use humor and metaphors to make ideas easy to grasp. I’ll help you learn new skills and make small changes that have big results.
I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Youngstown State University and began my career working in foster care as a case manager, where I developed a strong foundation in advocacy, family systems, and trauma-informed care. I later expanded my clinical work as a mental health therapist in a school setting and within a collaborative program serving children involved in foster care, supporting clients through complex emotional and environmental challenges.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P). My clinical experience includes counseling children, adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, low self-esteem, anger management concerns, and relationship challenges.
In my practice, I utilize trauma-informed CBT, solution-focused therapy, strengths-based approaches, and motivational interviewing to support meaningful and lasting change. I believe healing occurs in a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment, where clients feel empowered, respected, and actively involved in their mental health journey.
There is a way out. Those who come to see me are often at a crossroads, frustrated at how they are trying to deal with problems and seeking workable strategies and solutions to cope. Therapy is meant to be a space to feel welcome to talk about thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are problematic. Understanding unhealthy behaviors, frustrations with life, and/or unsuccessful efforts to cope can help reveal the obstacles that may block your path to growth and desired outcomes.
I have over 15 years experience providing therapy and case management including in the areas of: Couples counseling; Anxiety issues; Medical and chronic pain issues; Phobias; Eating disorders and body image challenges; Post-residential and outpatient maintenance therapy for continued abstinence and sobriety from substance use and eating disorders; Fertility and conception issues; LGBTQ and gender concerns; and Couples counseling (without legal involvement).
I am distinguished by my training in Strengths Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Emotional Freedom "Tapping" technique, Acceptance and Commitment, Mindfulness, and Contemplative Care. I am licensed in CA, ID, VA, FL, TX, NJ, WA, and UT.
Why do we explore? So you can live a life YOU want to live!
** I do not provide forensically-focused clinical services for individuals/couples involved in active litigation, divorce proceedings, or child custody disputes, nor do I provide court-ordered evaluations or expert testimony**

Hi, I’m Dr. Ebony B. I’m a licensed therapist, healing guide, and space-holder for people who are tired of being the strong one. If you’ve been carrying the weight of emotional pain, burnout, or the pressure to keep showing up for everyone else, this is your space to put it all down and just be.
I work with Black women, caregivers, and high-achieving professionals who often feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or like they’ve lost themselves somewhere along the way. Many of my clients seem to have it all together on the outside but feel exhausted inside. You don’t have to keep holding it in or pretending to be okay. You deserve a space to be real, to rest, and to heal.
In our work together, we’ll move at your pace. I help clients understand what they’re feeling, where those emotions come from, and how to care for themselves with more compassion and clarity. We talk through patterns, explore your past, build boundaries, and learn new ways to cope that actually feel good to you. You’ll feel supported, not judged.
My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. We’ll laugh sometimes, reflect often, and create room for honesty, softness, and growth. I honor your lived experience and believe in healing that respects your identity, your story, and your values.
You don’t have to do this alone. If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again, I would be honored to walk with you.

You don’t have to carry everything by yourself anymore.

Hi there!
I'm Rev. Mae Barree
Do you experience feelings of being overwhelmed, being pulled in different directions, and unable to fit it all in? How about your relationships, work, school, and your health? Is it hard to provide much needed love for yourself?
I help individuals with similar concerns manage anxiety and practice self-care to avoid burnout. Together, we can discover what is not working and get you back to balance.
We'll use a whole self-approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
I also integrate mindfulness and will teach you coping skills to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself. If you would like for me to integrate biblically based wisdom, and or prayer, just ask!
Whether you’re dealing with anger issues, grief and loss, issues or cycles of anxiety and depression.
As a Couple, you may be requesting premarital counseling. What a wonderful and exciting time. We will cover what to expect in marriage and how to communicate effectively which is the most important ingredient in the marital relationship.
You may have experienced the loss of a loved one or someone not as close to you. It could be there have been quite a few transitions in your life that have caused you to experience grief and loss. Together we will learn how the stages of grief can impact you and how to cope after loss.
I'm here to help.
