I offer a safe, warm, therapeutic, judgement- free space for Adults (18+) and Older Adults (65+). Each client will be met where she/he is, with acceptance and empathy. Over time, our negative emotions and pervasive thought patterns may become overwhelming and repressed. We will reflect upon any challenges you may have; including past and present.
