Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor residing in North Carolina. I specialize in working with teens and adolescents struggling with anger, adjustment difficulties, defiance, emotional instability, anxiety, and depression. I focus on being responsible, understanding of making good choices, learning how to manage stress, developing healthy relationships, and charting a path forward. I create a safe space for adolescents, teens, and young adults by initially working to develop a solid relationship built on trust and sincerity. I offer individual sessions.

Ideal clients

I have 5 years of working with at-risk youth, adolescents, and teens struggling with anger, behavioral, social, and adjustment challenges.. One of the primary challenges encountering today’s youth is the absence of a trusted adult to simply listen and take notice of the child’s needs. Accepting the following ages Age 9-30.

I subscribe to a SFBT treatment model where I seek to identify the resources within an individual to promote growth and change.
